New Students
For any new students transferring to Bastrop HS from another school, the following information will be requested upon enrollment:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Immunization Record
- Proof of Residence in Bastrop school district (utility bill, lease, mortgage agreement)
- Last Report Card
- Unofficial Transcript
- Parent/Legal Guardian’s government-issued photo identification (such as a driver’s license)

"To ensure the security and compliance of student records, all third-party transcript and education verification requests must be submitted through Parchment. This allows us to securely deliver records through an encrypted system and ensure proper FERPA authorization is obtained. We are unable to process requests submitted outside of this platform."
